HOUSE IN THE KŁODZKO VALLEY

Interior design project for a house in the Kłodzko Valley

This house in the Kłodzko Valley is based on natural materials and a clear nod to the region's traditional architecture. Wood, stone and a warm colour palette create an interior with a more rustic character, while the functional layout and contemporary fittings keep it from being a literal reconstruction of a traditional house.

The living area was designed as a spacious, family-friendly space in which the living room, kitchen and dining area remain in direct contact with one another.

Wood and stone in the living area

Wood is one of the main materials throughout the project - it appears on ceilings, cabinetry and fittings. It was paired with natural stone and soft fabrics in shades of beige and off-white.

As a result, the interior has a warm, slightly rustic character while keeping ordered proportions and contemporary functionality.

Home recreation zone

The project also includes a home gym and additional rooms dedicated to storage and everyday household functions. Their design stays consistent with the main part of the interior - wood, neutral colours and natural materials dominate.

Bathrooms with a stone-effect finish

The bathrooms were finished with large surfaces of stone-effect sinter. Wooden cabinetry and warm lighting soften the more raw character of the stone surfaces.

Interior design project for a single-family house

The project shows how natural materials and regional inspiration can be combined with the functionality of a contemporary single-family house, creating an interior with an individual, timeless character.
