Who will carry out your project?

We are an author-led design studio. We carry out every project ourselves: we don't employ staff and we don't chase volume. We only take on ambitious projects that genuinely interest us. If you decide to work with us, and we decide to work with you, you can be certain your project won't be handled by a student or a fresh graduate straight out of school - we take care of it personally, as architects with years of experience and expertise, and with a passion to create something new and unique. We believe there is no good design without passion and a willingness to take on a challenge.

How does the design process work?

Stage I

After signing the design agreement, we meet to establish your functional, stylistic and budget requirements. Then, within 30 days of signing, based on your preferences and our experience, we carry out a detailed analysis of your architectural project, prepare 2-3 layout proposals, and suggest smaller or larger adjustments that can have a huge impact on the final functional and aesthetic result.

Stage II

This stage begins work on the visual interior concept. We prepare the first concept in the form of a 3D visualisation, then meet to discuss it and introduce corrections. The project price includes two such revision sessions. Depending on how this process unfolds, after the first or second revision session we meet topresent the material specification used in the project in person - such as stone, wood, sinter surfaces or fabrics.

Stage III

This stage is the preparation of the construction-ready design. The construction-ready design consists of:

  • 3D visualisations,
  • functional layouts,
  • wall, ceiling and floor finishing design with details of the solutions adopted,
  • plumbing and central heating point layout design,
  • electrical and lighting point layout design,
  • ventilation diffuser location adjustments,
  • detailed wall and floor drawings,
  • staircase design,
  • steel-and-glass partition design,
  • designs for custom-made furniture,
  • a quantity specification of the materials needed for the build, such as sinter surfaces, tiles, fittings and sanitaryware, flooring, wallpaper, lighting, etc.,
  • a specification of furniture and other interior fittings with the selected material variants.

Stage IV

Design supervision, or design supervision extended to cover coordination of works and orders - afull turnkey service.

When should you get in touch with us?

As soon as possible! The best time for a first conversation about your interior design is already during the architectural design stage - before you obtain your building permit or before construction work begins. There are two reasons for this.

The sooner you get in touch, the sooner we can introduce small adjustments that can have a huge impact on the final result - both aesthetically and functionally.

The second reason is that we usually book appointments several months in advance. If you reach out before construction begins, we'll have time to make meaningful changes, and the waiting period before design work starts will pass quickly - alongside the paperwork and the wait for construction itself to begin.

Construction already underway? No problem! We'll still review your project and present the possible changes. They may not even be necessary - and if they are, remember that at this stage they cost the least.

House already built? Do you already have your plumbing and electrical installations in place? If you're not prepared for the cost of changing them, it may unfortunately be too late. Installations done in the very basic form typical of a construction project are a major design constraint - they lengthen the design process and limit the creative possibilities.

Made in Poland

In our projects we favour products manufactured in Poland - their quality is exceptionally high, proven over years of our own experience, and yet they remain more affordable than equivalents from Western Europe.
