APARTMENT IN KOŚCIELISKO

Modern apartment in Kościelisko

This apartment in Kościelisko shows a more contemporary side of interiors in the Podhale region. Instead of literal mountain motifs, it uses simple forms, natural wood, stone, dark accents and decorative lighting.

The living area was designed as an open space with a living room, kitchen and dining area. Warm light and wooden elements keep the interior cosy despite its modern form.

Living room with a fireplace and backlit cabinetry

The fireplace was built into the kitchen cabinetry and paired with a backlit shelving unit. Warm light brings out the texture of the wood and stone, and decorative furnishings add a more homely character to the interior.

Bedroom and walk-in closet

The bedroom was kept in a darker, more moody colour palette. Stone panels, soft textiles and decorative lighting create a calm atmosphere, and the walk-in closet was separated by glass doors.

Home cinema

The project also includes a separate space dedicated to a home cinema. A projector, backlit wall panels and sliding glazing opening onto the terrace create an interior that can serve both entertainment and relaxation.

Interior design project for an apartment in Kościelisko

This is a modern interior design project for an apartment in Kościelisko, where the mountain character of the location is expressed through materials and atmosphere rather than literal decoration.
