Apartment in Kościelisko

Apartment in Kościelisko with a view of the Tatras

This apartment in Kościelisko was designed as a bright, calm interior in which the view of the Tatras and natural materials play the leading role. The living room, kitchen and dining area form a single open space, with a stone fireplace as its central element.

Light wood, stone, warm beiges and black details build a contemporary yet cosy atmosphere. Large glazing makes the mountain landscape an integral part of the interior.

Living room with a stone fireplace

A three-sided fireplace was built into the stone wall and forms a strong focal point of the living area. Its shape lets the fire be seen from both the living room and the rest of the open space.

Soft furnishings and a light colour palette balance the weight of the stone, creating a more homely, calm character.

Kitchen and dining area

The kitchen was designed in a light palette, with wooden cabinetry and a stone worktop. The dining area, with an oak table and bench, was placed right next to the glazing.

Bedroom and bathroom with quartz sinter

The bedroom features a bold stone-clad wall behind the bed and a black wardrobe behind glass doors. The bathroom was finished with quartz sinter, paired with black details and a large shower zone.

Interior design project for an apartment in Kościelisko

This is an example of an apartment project in the Podhale region, where the view of the Tatras, natural materials and a calm colour palette create a timeless retreat.
